and Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:

Grantee, whose mailing address is 413 Emerald Street, Kemmerer, WY 83101,
the following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State to-wit:
The Easterly one-third of Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Block 4 in the Original Town of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 1 and running thence Westerly
along Emerald Street 46-2/3 feet;
thence northerly at right angles 140 feet;
thence easterly at right angels 46-2/3 feet;
thence southerly at right angels along the westerly boundary line of the alley of
said Block 4, 140 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or
in anywise appertaining thereto.
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record,
of sight or in use.
