ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
FOR V ALUE RECEIVED, the 1st BANK. a State Banking Corporation, organized and
existing under THE LA WS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, the mortgagee named
in that certain mortgage hereinafter described, does hereby transfer, assign, set over and convey
all right, title and interest in and to said mortgage, which was given to said mortgagee by
ZACHARY DAVID ORGILL. A SINGLE PERSON
And appears recorded in Book (þ(l~ of mortgages, beginning on Page 2BL/ , in
the office of the County Clerk of L NCOLN County, Wyoming, and which covers
property described as follows: .
~he Easterly one-third of Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Block 4 in the Original Town of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 1 and running thence Westerly
along Emerald Street 46-2/3 feet;
thence northerly at right angles 140 feet;
thence easterly at righ~ angles 46-2/3 feet;
thence southerly at right angles along the westerly boundary line of the alley of
said Block 4, 140 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Together with the note or notes secured thereby, to the
WYOMING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
Its successors and assigns, subject however, to all of the agreements, conditions, covenants and
stipulations therein contained, as well as all rights of redemption provided by law.
