RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE (BY CORPORATION)
KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the Jackson State Bank & Trust, a
corporation of the County of Teton and State of Wyoming, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage
bearing date the 23rd day of January, 2007, made and executed by 91-3 Designs, LLC, a Wyoming limited
liability company as Mortgagor, to The Jackson State Bank & Trust, as Mortgagee, conveying certain real
estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $51 ,920.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was
recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on the 24th day of January, 2007, in Book 674 of Mortgages, at page 32-37 and mortgaging the
following described real estate in said County, to-wit:

the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Jackson State Bank & Trust has caused these Presents to be
signed by its Senior Vice President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 17th day of July, 2007.

who being by me duly sworn did say that she is the Senior Vice President of the Jackson State Bank &
Trust and that the seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said corporation and that said
instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said corporation by authority of its Board of Directors and
said Cathie Burkland acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said corporation.
