grantor, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does CONVEY
AND WARRANT to:
William K. Graham and Karen D. Graham as Joint Tenants
grantee, whose mailing address is 4793 Bonita Bay Drive, St. George, UT 84790, the
following described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to-wit:
lot 645 of STAR VALLEY RANCH RV PARK PLAT TWO
as platted and recorded in the Official Records of Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations, easements and rights,of-
way of record, of sight or in use.
