ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that
Olympic Coast Investment, Inc., a Washington corporation
for value received does hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto
Olympic Coast Investment, Inc., as Investment Manager for Investors listed on Exhibit "Z" attached hereto
that certain mortgage bearing date of 22th day of June, 2007, made and executed by
Rocky Mountain Rogues, Inc., a Wyoming corporation
as mortgagor to Olympic Coast Investment, Inc., a Washington corporation
to secure payment of the sum of ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND
AND NOll 00 Dollars and interest, and recorded in the office of the County Auditor of Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, on the 19th day of July, 2007, in Book 666 of Mortgages, at page 271 being Instrument
No. 931407, together with the Note thereby secured and the money due and to grow due thereon, with the
interest.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has caused this instrument to be executed by its proper officers
and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this 19th day of July, 2007.
