Know All Men By These Presents: that we, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as (the
"Mortgagee"), the owner and holder of a certain Construction Mortgage With Absolute Assignment of
Leases and Rents, Security Agreement and Fixture Filing, the ("Mortgage"), executed by Alpine Junction
LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, as (the "Mortgagor") to Wells Fargo Banl<, Natiç>n~1
Association, as (the "Mortgagee"),
Bearing the date14th day of March 2005, and filed for record on April 5, 2005 as Receiving No.907491,
Book No. 582 and Page No. 531, in the Office of the County Recorder of. Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to
secure the sum of ONE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN THOUSAND AND 00/100
DOLLARS ($1,787,500.00) evidenced by a certain Promissory Note Secured by Mortgage, upon the
following described property, situate, lying and being in Campbell County, State of Wyoming, to wit:

Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, have received full payment of indebtedness, and do hereby
