QUIT CLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Lola Frances Roth, a
single person of Smoot, Lincoln County, Wyoming, Grantor(s), for and in
consideration of Ten (l0) Dollars and other valuable considerations in hand paid,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND QUIT CLAIM and
reserve a life estate to Lola Frances Roth, conveying to: Mary Frances Romine, of
Smoot, Wyoming; Edward Michael Roth, of Anza California; and Cheryl Ann
Crowson, ofSundance~ Wyoming, Grantee(s), as Tenants with Rights of
Survivorship, situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State,
to-wit:
Commencing at the Southeast Comer of the SWIf4NE1f4 of Section 31, T31N,
R118W, 6th P. M., Wyoming, and running thence North 11 rods; thence West
20 rods; thence South 11 rods; thence East 20 rods to the place of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFORM the following described tract ofland: Beginning
at a point which is 245 feet West from the Southeast comer of the SW~NE~
of Section 31; T31N, R118W, 6th P. M., Wyoming, and running thence North
179 feet; thence West 85 feet; thence South 179 feet; thence East 85 feet, to
the point of beginning.
SUBJECT TO all easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations and rights-
of-way of sight or record.
