L.J. Block and Bonita J. Block, as joint tenants, Grantors, whose address is
270 Ridgecrest Drive, Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming and mailing address of P.O.
Box 637, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, for and in consideration of other valuable
consideration and ten dollars ($10) in hand paid, conveys and warrants to Jay
Block and Bonnie Block, Co-Trustees, or their successors in trust, of the Block
Family Living Trust, dated July 19, 2007, Grantee, whose address is 270
Ridgecrest Drive, Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming and mailing address of P.O. Box
637, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, the following real estate located at 270 Ridgecrest
Drive, Star Valley Ranch and legally described as:

That real property described in the Warranty Deed
recorded June 17, 1988 in Book 262PR, Page 667 as
Document No. 689205 in the Lincoln County Clerk's
Office, Kemmerer, Wyoming, a copy of which is
attached hereto and incorporated by this reference.
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said Grantors
hereby covenant with the said Grantee that Grantor is lawfully seized of said
premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title
thereto against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions,
reservations, easements, and encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of this state.
