QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Hal B. Cornia, Grantor, of P.O.
Box 404, Cokeville , Wyoming 83114, Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in
hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIM to K-
H Cornia Investments Limited Company, a Utah Limited Liability Company,
Grantee, whose address is P.O. Box 404, Cokeville, Wyoming 83114, the following
described real estate, situated in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State,
to-wit:
Property in Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the attached Exhibit
"A" and by this reference made a part hereof.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other things
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights-of-way, reservations and restrictions now
of record or otherwise affecting said lands.

BEGINNING at a point S79°-45'E, 2100 feet from Corner No.6 of said Tract No. 66 found as
described in the Comer Record filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County;
thence East, 500 feet;
thence South, 500 feet;
thence West, 500 feet;
thence North, 500 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
TOGETHER WITH a nonTexcJusive access roadway over and across for ingress and egress
described as follows:
A strip of land sixty (60) feet in width being part of Tract No. 45 and said Tract No. 66 with the
center-line dèscribed as foHows:
BEGINNING at Corncl' No.5 of said Tract No. 66 within the bounds of State Highway 30;
thence S89°·30'E, 2659.80 feet along the south line of said Tract No. 66 to Comer No.1 of said
