Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows:

as originally platted and recorded;
Thence running easterly 75 feet along the North boundary line of said

Thence northerly 150 feet more or less to a point 67.2 feet East of the
West boundary line of said Block 16 extended;
Thence Westerly 67.2 feet to the West boundary of said Block 16
extended;
Thence Southerly 150 feet to the point of beginning
And
All of Lot 5 of Block 16 of the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County,
Wyoming
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record,
