by virtue ofthe homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Lot 73 of TRAIL RIDGE SUBDIVISION, THIRD FILING, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to
that plat filed September 3, 2004, as Receiving No. 913372, in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk
as Plat No. 225-H.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to easements and
rights-of-way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
This Corrective Quitclaim Deed is given to correct the legal description in that certain Quitclaim Deed
filed on May 8,2007 in Book 657, Page 145, Receiving #929130.
