This agreement, made this 1 st day of June, 2007, by and between Catherine A. Veigel of
1266 Highway 236, Afton, WY 83110 ("seller"), and Lynn D. Veigel of PO Box 633. Afton. WY

That the seller agrees to sell and convey to the buyer, and the buyer agrees to purchase the·
following described real property, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Parcel 1:
Beginning at a point 36 rods North from the Southeast Corner of the SW1/4NE1/4 of
Section 2, T31N, R119W of the 6th P.M. in Wyoming, and running thence South 196
rods, thence West 40 rods, thence North 160 rods, thence West 62 1/2 rods, thence
North 160 rods, thence East 22 1/2 rods, thence South 80 rods, thence in a
Southeasterly direction to the place of beginning. Except therefrom the following:
Beginning at a point the Southwest Corner of the SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 2, T31N,
R119W of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, and running thence West 22 rods; thence North
15 rods, thence East 22 rods, thence South 15 rods, to the place of beginning.
ALSO:
Beginning at a point 40 rods West of the Southwest Corner of the SE1/4SE1/4 of
Section 2, T31N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, and running thence North 23
rods, thence East 11 1/4 rods, thence South 23 rods, thence West 11 1/4 rods, to
the place of beginning.
Parcel 2:
Beginning at a point the Southwest Corner of Lot 2 in Section 2, T31 N, R 119W of
the 6th P.M., Wyoming, and running thence North 80 rods, thence East 140 rods,
thence South 160 rods, thence West 42 rods, thence North 53 1/3 rods, thence
West 18 rods, thence South 17 1/3 rods, thence in a direct Northwesterly direction to
the Southwest Corner of said Lot 2, the place of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following described tract of land:
That part of GLO Lot 2 (NW1/4NE1/4) and that part of GLO Lot 3 (NE1/4NW1/4) of
Section 2, T31N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of those tracts of

record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 515 PR, page 422, and in
Book 531 PR, page 073, as more particularly described on the attached "Description
for Catherine A. Veigel Lynn Veigel exemption Tract", which is incorporated herein
by this reference.
SUBJECT TO all covenants, easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations and
rights-of-way of sight or record.
1. A Real Estate Sales Agreement of even date containing the complete conditions,
covenants and terms governing this transaction is now in full force and effect; and those conditions,
covenants and terms not specifically recited in this agreement, but recited in the Real Estate Sales
Agreement referred to, are incorporated herein by reference.
2. Any and all interest, right or title acquired in the above described real property by
virtue of subsequent transactions with the undersigned seller will be wholly subject to the right,
interest and equity of the undersigned buyer in such real property arising by virtue of this contract
and the aforementioned Real Estate Sales Agreement.
3. In the event of buyer's default under the Real Estate Sales Agreement referred to
and forfeiture of buyer's interest in the described premises pursuant to the terms of the Real Estate
Sales Agreement, an affidavit by seller, or their agent, showing such default and forfeiture and
recorded in the County Recorder's Office of Lincoln County, Wyoming, shall be conclusive proof in
favor of any subsequent bona fide purchaser or encumbrancer for value of such default and
forfeiture, and buyer hereby irrevocably authorizes seller or their agent to declare and record such
default and forfeiture and agrees to be bound by such declaration as his act and deed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties to this agreement have hereunto signed their
names as of the day and year first above written.

BEGINNING at the northeast corner of said GLO Lot 3;

thence 8010-14'-01"W. 1302.81 feel, along an existing fence line, in ·part, to a point at the
intersection with an east-west Dry Creek Irrigation Company inigation pipe line;
