RELEASE OF REAL EST A TE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that DAVID BARBER and TESS
BARBER, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, do hereby certify that a certain mortgage
bearing the date of January 3rd, 2001 made and executed by SMOKEE BALDWIN and
STEPHANIE BALDWIN as mortgagors" to DA VID BARBER and TESS BARBER as
mortgagees, conveying certain real estate therein described, as security for the payment of
consideration as therein stated, which Notice of Mortgage was recorded.in the office of the
County Clerk of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 12th day of January, 2001, in Book
458 PR, at Page 161, as instrument No. 870733 and pertaining to the following described real
estate in said County, to-wit:
N1/3 N1/2 NE1/4 NW1/4 of Section 27, Township 35 North, Range 119
West, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Together with an easement for ingress and egress and public utilities over,
under and through the East 50 feet of the South 2/3 of said N1/2 of the NE
1/4 NW 1/4 of said Section 27.
Together with an easement for ingress and egress as described in Warranty
Deed recorded July 10, 1979, Book 157 P.R. Page 572.
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released and
discharged; and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees, DAVID BARBER and TESS
BARBER do hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagors SMOKEE BALDWIN and
STEPHANIE BALDWIN the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
