WARRANTY DEED
CECIL L. KOLE, a single person, individually and as Trustee of
the CECIL L. KOLE 1998 REVOCABLE TRUST, Grantor, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to CECIL L. KOLE, as Trustee of the CECIL L.
KOLE 1998 REVOCABLE TRUST dated September 29, 1998, Grantee, whose
address is PO Box 663, Kemmerer, WY 83101, the following described
real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to-wit:
SW~SE~ of Section 15, T21N, Rl17W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
EXCEPTION THERFROM a portion of the SW~SE~ of Section 15,
T21N, Rl17W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, more
particularly described as follows: Commencing at the
southeasterly corner of said SW~SE~ of said Section 15:
thence S89°46'13"W along the south boundary of said Section
15, 173.93 feet to the Point of Beginning of this
description: thence continuing along the south boundary of
said Section 15, S89~6'13"W, 1143.94 feet to the southwest
corner of the SW~SE~ of said Section 15; thence
NOOo02' 10"W along the west boundary of said SW~SE~ of
Section 15, 1250.86 feet to the centerline of an access
road; thence S42°34' 11"E along the centerline of said
access road, 1692.26 feet, more or less to the Point of
Beginning of this description. Said parcel contains
16.4266 acres of land, more or less.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record.
