DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION
THIS MATTER comes before this Court upon the Petition filed by Petitioners Lee S.
Gardner and Linda G. Osborne, with their counsel, M. Kevin Voyles, of LUTHI & VOYLES,
LLC, requesting that this Court issue a Decree of Distribution for Real Property in the Estate of
Ross L. Gardner pursuant to Wyoming Statutes § 2-1-205. The Court has reviewed the Petition
and finds that the requirements for the requested Decree that are set forth in Wyoming Statutes §
2-1-205 have been satisfied by Petitioners. The Court finds further that the notice required by
law has been properly given, by publication for two (2) weeks in a newspaper of general
circulation in Lincoln County, Wyoming, and that no objection to the Petition has been timely
received pursuant to that Notice.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED
as follows: 000270
1. That Petitioners' Petition for a Decree of Distribution for Real Property in the
Estate of Ross L. Gardner is hereby granted.
2. That, as requested in their Petition, title to the real property in the Estate of Ross
L. Gardner is hereafter vested in Petitioner Lee S. Gardner, said property being more particularly
described as follows:
A part of the SEl/4SWl/4 and the SWl/4SEl/4 of Section 18, Township 32
North, Range 118 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the Wl/16 Corner of Section 18 and Section 19 of the said
township and range, and running THENCE North, along the west boundary of the
SEl/4SWl/4 of Section 18, 7.8 feet; THENCE North 88°10' East 1866.6 feet to the west
end of an established property boundary fence line; THENCE North 88°10' East, along
said fence line, 773.3 feet to the intersection with the east boundary of the SWl/4SEl/4
of Section 18; THENCE South, along the said east boundary, 92.2 feet to the El/16
Corner of Section 18 and Section 19; THENCE West, along section line, 2642.6 feet to
the place of beginning.
