GRANT OF EASEMENT

THE TOWN OF AFTON, a Wyoming Municipal Corporation, ALAN
STAUFFER MAYOR, Grantor, for and in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
WARRANT to VALERIE P. BROCK, Trustee of the Valerie P. Brock Revocable Trust dated
March 11, 1997, Grantees, its successors or assigns, an easement for the benefit of the Grantees,
on the following described real estate situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for the
following purposes and under the following conditions:
1. Purpose of Easement/Description of Serviant Estate/ Description of
Easement. This easement shall be for ingress, egress and access to the property of the Grantee
over the property of the Grantor described as:
Part of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 30, T32N, R118 W within the Original
Townsite of the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming described as:
Beginning at a point on the easterly extension ofthe North line of Block 24 of the
Original Townsite of Afton, South 88 14'08" East 99 feet from the Northeast
Corner of said Block 24; and running thence South 88 14'08" East 181.52 feet,
along said easterly extension, to a point on the east line of said SW 1/4 of the SE
1/4; then North 0007' 52" West 49.5 feet; thence North 88 14' 08" West 181.52
feet, thence S 00 07' 52" East 49.5 feet to the point of beginning.
2. Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be
binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the parties named in
this instrument.
