hand paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and con~essed,

hereby CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to Delores M. Cleasby, a single person, arld Todd

James Cleasby, a single person, both of 1001 Cedar Avenue, Kemmerer, Wyo~ing, as

joint tenants with right of survivorship, Grantees, all right, title, and interest that she may
I
have in and to the following described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
I
Wyoming, to-wit: I
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of the lot numbered Twelve in th~
Block numbered Fifty of the Second Addition to the Town of Kemmerer,
thence running northerly on the easterly boundary lines of lots Twelve and
Eleven of said Block Fifty a distance of seventy feet; thence westerly at right
angles to said line and parallel to Opal Street a distance of one hundred and
three feet; thence southerly on a line parallel to Cedar Street a distance of
seventy feet to the southerly boundary line of said lot twelve; thence easterly
along the southerly boundary line of said lot Twelve a distance of one
hundred three feet to the point or place of beginning, being a part of said lots
Eleven and Twelve of said Block Fifty of the Second Addition to the Town of
Kemmerer as surveyed, platted and recorded, one hundred and three feet on
Opal street by seventy feet on Cedar Street;
QUITCLAIM DEED
TOGETHER WITH all improvements situate thereon and easements and
appurtenances thereunto belonging; and
SUBJECT TO all easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions, if any,
of record.
FURTHER SUBJECT TO discrepancies, conflicts in boundary lines, shortage
in area, encroachments, and any facts a correct survey and inspection ofthe
premises would disclose and which are not shown in the public records.
