Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the

The South 440 feet of the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 17 and the South 440 feet of
the SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 18, T25N, R112W, which north line is the center-line
of a gravel access road;
That part or portion of the NE1/4NE1/4 and the NW1/4NE1/4 of Section 19 and
the W1/2NW1/4 of Section 20, T25N, R112W, lying and being situate westerly of
the west right-of-way line of State Highway 189 and bounded on the south by the
following described line:
BEGINNING at the intersection of said West right-of-way line and the north line
of the right-of-way for a road of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County
in Book 84 of Photostatic Records on page 209, N22°06'E, 25.3 feet from Station
954+45.7 on the center-line of said right-of-way in Book 84;
Thence N72°47'W, 1965.0 feet along said north line to an intersection with the
east line of that tract of record in said Office in Book 84 of Photostatic Records
on page 209, N03°59'E, 25.7 feet from the intersection of said east line and the
center-line of said right-of-way line in Book 84;
Thence N03°59'E, 65.9 feet along said east line to the northeast point of said
tract;
Thence N15°23'W, 337.2 feet to a point;
Thence West, 436.1 feet to a point;
Thence West, 773.3 feet to a point; .
