SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., the owner and holder of a certain mortgage deed executed by
TOM J ROBY, FROST! D ROBY
to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. bearing date 11/07/2006, recorded lI117/2006 in Official
Records Book 640, Page 000603, Document No. 0924544 in the office of the County Clerk of LINCOLN
County, Wyoming, securing a certain note in the principal sum of $43,000.00 Dollars, and certain promises
and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situated in said State and County, hereby
acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as
canceled, and hereby directs the Clerk in the office of County Clerk to cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said corporation has caused these
presents to be executed in its name, by its proper officers
thereunto duly authorized, the 20 day of July, 2007.
