The foregoing restrictive covenant shall not, 000892 however, prohibit or restrict the use or storage of liquefied petroleum gas for the sole consumption of the owner or individual in possession. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD same unto Grantees as tenants by the entirety, and unto Grantees' heirs, and assigns forever, with all appurtenances thereunto belonging.
