SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
(Corporation to Individuals)
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION of TWENTY THOUSAND SEVEN
HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/HUNDREDTHS U.S. DOLLARS ($20,750.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, cash in hand paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which
is hereby acknowledged, AMERIGAS EAGLE PROPANE, L.P " formerly known as
National Propane, L.P., a limited partnership organized under the laws of the State of
Delaware, hereinafter referred to as GRANTOR, does hereby convey and specially
warrant unto TIMOTHY A. ALLRED AND CYNTHIA H. ALLRED, HUSBAND AND
WIFE, as tenants by the entirety, hereinafter referred to as GRANTEES, the following
lands and property, together with all improvements located thereon being in the County
of Lincoln, State of Wyoming to-wit:
SEE EXHIBIT A ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF.
Prior Instrument Reference: Book 562, Page 897, Document No. 901347 of the
Recorder of Lincoln County, Wyoming. .
LESS AND EXCEPT all oil, gas and minerals, on and under the above-described
property owned by Grantor, if any, which are reserved by Grantor, and SUBJECT TO
any and all easements, whether public or private, encroachments, zoning and land use
restrictions and ordinances, restrictions, covenants, conditions, leases or other
encumbrances, and any such matters or defects as would be disclosed in a Commitment
for Title Insurance or as would be shown in a survey of said property,
The above described property is hereby further subject to a restrictive covenant that
shall run with the land ffom the date of recording prohibiting the operation of a LP-gas sales,
storage and/or distribution facility on the property in perpetuity, or in the alternative for the
maximum period oftime permissible by law. The foregoing restrictive covenant shall not,

however, prohibit or restrict the use or storage of liquefied petroleum gas for the sole
consumption of the owner or individual in possession.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD same unto Grantees as tenants by the entirety, and unto
Grantees' heirs, and assigns forever, with all appurtenances thereunto belonging.
Grantor does for Grantor and Grantor's personal representatives, successors and
assigns forever hereby covenant with Grantees that: Grantor is lawfully seized in fee simple
of said premises; that the premises are ftee ftom all encumbrances, unless otherwise noted
above; that Grantor has a good right to sell and convey the same as aforesaid; that Grantor
did nothing to impair title during the period the Grantor held title; and Grantorto forever
warrant and defend title to the said lands against all claims arising by, through, or under the
Grantor and no other.
