KNOWN by all these presents that I, Justin D. Vineyard, have made, constituted
and appointed and by these presents does make and constitute and appoint
Andrea G. Vineyard, of 1664 Nations Avenue, Kemmerer, WY 83101, my true
and lawful attorney, for me and in my name, place and stead for my use and
benefit as follows:
To execute any and all documents necessary for the sale of,
including, but not limited to, Affidavits, Warranty Deeds, Settlement
Statements, W-9's, Contracts, Agreements and Requests for
Payoffs, or any Documents which require a Seller Signature, for
following described property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming
described as follows:
Legal Description:
Lot 3A of Block 1 and part of Lot 2 of Block 1, all located in Lincoln
Heights 5th Addition, Second Filing, to the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, said part of Lot 2, Block 1, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southern most corner of said Lot 3A on the East line of
Nations Avenue, and running thence Northerly along said east line of
Nations Avenue and the arc of a 248.50 foot radius curve to the right,
51.08 feet (central angle is 11 °46'34" and long chord bears N29°1 j'1 O"W,
50.99 feet); thence N65°58'37"E 121.03 feet to the East boundary of
Lincoln Heights 5th Addition, Second Filing; thence S9°33'44"E, 30.42 feet
along the East boundary to the Southeast corner of said Lot 3A; thence
S54°53'33"W, 110.88 feet along the Southeasterly line of said Lot 3A to
the point of beginning
Known as: 1664 Nations Avenue
Kemmerer, WY 83101
Giving and granting unto said attorney full power and attorney to do and perform
all and every act whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the
above stated premises, as fully to all intent and purposes as the signer might and
could do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming that said
attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done in the above stated premises by
virtue of these presents.
