KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That the undersigned does hereby certify that a certain Mortgage bearing date of May 25,2004, made and
executed by James Landis and Rebecca Landis, as Mortgagor, and FIRST INTERSTATE BANK, as
Mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of$601,267.00, as
therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of
Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming, on June 1,2004, as Document No. 899776, Book 557 PR
Page 315-321, is, with the ';lote secured thereby and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released,
and discharged, and the undersigned does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said grantor the premises
therein conveyed and mortgaged, located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, and described as follows:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
The Real Property or its address is commonly known as Vacant Land, Hwy 89, Alpine, WY 83128.
