under the Laws of the State of North Dakota).
DOES HEREBY RELEASE, the property hereafter described, but only the
property hereafter described, from the lien of that certain mortgage made by ALPINE
VILLAGE PROPERTIES, LLC as Mortgagor to, CORNERSTONE BANK, as
Mortgagee dated May 21, 2007 and filed June 4th as Document No. 929963, Book 660
Page 415 with the Lincoln County Recorder in the State of Wyoming.
The property released from the lien of the mortgage is described as follows:
LOT 95 ALPINE VILLAGE SUBDIVISION NO.1 PLAT 2 AMENDED-12 FILING
RECORDED ON JULY 11, 2007 AT DOCUMENT NUMBER 931149 IN THE OFFICE
OF THE CLERK, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING
The property hereby releases is discharged from the lien of the Mortgage, but the rest of
the property described in the Mortgage above-specified, remains as security.
