The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged. have remised, released, convey and forever
quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators. remise, release and
forever quitclaim unto the said

Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demmd as we
have, ought to have in or to all the following described premises, to-wit:
That part of Section 13, T34N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming described on
Exhibit A prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbellabeled "Frank Howard Dana and Barbara Jean
Dana, Parcel A" dated September 5, 2000. revised June 14. 2001.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming:
TO I.IA VE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
Corey F. Dana. and Andrea Dana
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoofforever. So that neither we nor any other
person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or
any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.

part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 135 of
Photostatic Records on page 170, described as fo Haws:
BEGINNING at the northeast spike of said tract on the east line of said SE~NEli4, SOUTH
544.50 feet from the northeast corner of said SE'i4NE~;
thence WEST, 258.00 feet to a point;
thence SOUTH, 338.25 feet to a point;
thence EAST, 258.00 feet to a spike on the east line of said SEY-t-NE~;
thence NORTH, 338-25 feet, along said east line, to the SPIKE OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of2.00 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the east line of the NE~ of Section 13, T34N,
