RELEASE OF REAL EST A TE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of April 15,
1997, made and executed by Ronald W. Galloway and Joann R. Galloway, husband and wife,
and Daniel C. Galloway and Sandra Galloway, Husband and Wife and Jacob A. Galloway A
single man, as mortgagors, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a
lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $120,000.00, which
mortgage was re-recorded in the office of the County Clerk aI1d Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 23rd day of April, 1997, in book 396 PR of Mortgages,
at Page 419 as document #0836510 and pertaining to the fOllowing described real estate in said
County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
fj'.rtgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this L day of
