That Julie H. Iverson has made, constituted and appointed. and by these presents does make,
constitute and appoint Jill F. Rittner, true and lawful anorney for her and ill her name, place and
stead to buy, convey and mortgage realty and to execute, acknowledge and deeds of real property,
notes and mortgages and other instruments relating to realty and I hereby give my said attorney
