mortgagors, mortgaged to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc. f/k/a Norwest
Mortgage, Inc. dba Directors Acceptance, as mortgagee, the hereinafter
described real property by that certain mortgage dated September 23, 1999 (the
"Mortaaae"), and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk
and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
September 24, 1999, in Book 436 at Page 233; and

WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., acting under a power of sale
contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the
hereinafter described real property on February 23, 2001, at 10:00 o'clock in the
forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse,
925 Sage Avenue, in the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming;
and
WHEREAS, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc. made the highest
and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of
$153,236,97, and the said real property was then and there sold to Wells Fargo
Home Mortgage, Inc. on February 23, 2001; and a Certificate of Sale was issued
by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to Wells
Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc, on February 23, 2001, which Certificate of Sale was
duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio
Register of Deeds in and fo(Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on February 23,
2001, in Book 460 PR at Page 144; and
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Lee Gardner, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of W~lOming,
in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD,
and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said Wells Fargo Home Mortgage,
Inc., 7495 New Horizon Way, Frederick, MD 21703, its successors and
assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real property
situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lots Sixteen (16) and Seventeen (17) of the Broken
Wheel Ranch, Lincoln County, Wyoming and
according to that plat recorded in the Office of Lincoln
County Clerk with an address of 164 Hawthorne Drive
Alpine, WY 83128
Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with
all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto
belonging, to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., its successors and assigns
forever.
