V ALENE TOLMAN, being first duly sworn on oath, deposes and says:
1. That she resides at 411 East 900 North, Logan, Utah 84321, and is the surviving
spouse of Edwin O. Tolman, deceased ("the "Decedent"), who died on August 18, 1991, in
Logan, Cache County, State of Utah.
2. That she and the Decedent, as Grantors and Trustees, executed a Declaration of
Trust pertaining to "Edwin O. Tolman and Va1ene B. Tolman Joint Trust dated the 29th day of
January 1991 (the "Trust").
3. That she and the Decedent transferred to themselves, as Trustees ofthe Trust, the
following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to wit:

4. That upon August 18, 1991, the date ofthe Decedent's death, affiant continued as
sole Trustee of the Trust.

nmning South 2322.37 feet to an iron pipe set in the Northerly line ofthe Bureau
