KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the undersigned, Brian H. Pead
and Corlie Ann Pead, Trustees of the Mosiah 4: 14 Trust dated November 4 1994

grantors, of PO Box 1631, Afton, WY 83110, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant unto Blair H. HiIIstead, Trustee of the Blair H.
Hillstead Revocable Trust dated 6/18/97, and Lynette HiIIstead, Trustee of the Lynette
Hillstead Revocable Trust dated 6/18/97, grantees, of 1845 State Highway 236, Afton, WY
83110, a. perpetual, other than as otherwise provided herein, water pipeline easement
over, across and along a one-rod wide strip of land, the centerline of which is the location
of an existing buried water pipeline and also the land within the fenced-in area of an
existing, improved spring, for the purpose of maintaining an underground water pipeline
and improved spring to provide water to lands owned by the grantees located in the
W1/2W/2 of Section 35, T.31 N. R.119W. 6th P.M" Lincoln County, Wyoming, and their
heirs, successors and assigns, to enter upon the lands of the undersigned, situate in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 1 and SE1/4NE1/4 of Section 3, T30N, R119W, 6th P,M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
Grantees and their heirs, successorS and assigns are hereby granted the right to
maintain the existing underground water pipeline over, across and along the above
described one-rod wide easement to such extent as is deemed necessary to maintain and
repair the underground water pipeline to carry water to grantees' lands and to maintain the
fence that encloses the improved spring which is the source of the water and the spring
itself. Provided, that prior to doing repairs or maintenance of a major nature requiring the
use of machinery or equipment, Grantees shall give Grantors at least 48 hours prior notice.
Grantors and grantees stipulate and agree that the locations of the above easement
to maintain the existing water pipeline and improved s-pring and fence enclosing it have .
been specifically described herein as required by W.S. 34-4-141 and that both grantors
and grantees know and agree to those locations.
The above easements are common easements for the mutual benefit of grantees
and grantors.

In addition, if grantees construct a residence on their lands described above,
grantors grant unto grantees a perpetual easement that is personal to them and their direct
descendants only to construct or install and maintain a water storage tank with a capacity
of not more that 500 gallons of water, at a place on grantors' land chosen by the mutual
agreement of both grantors and grantees. This water storage tank easement is personal to
grantees and their direct descendants only and does not inure to the benefit of any other of
grantees' heirs, assigns, or successors-in-interest unless grantees or their direct
descendants actually construct a residence and construct or install a water storage tank as
provided in this paragraph, in which case the easement provided for in this paragraph
becomes perpetual in favor of all of grantees' heirs, successors and assigns in grantees'
real property described above.
The grantors hereby waive and release all rights to said property under and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of this state to the extent that such rights may interfere
with the intent of this easement for the purposes of maintaining an underground water
pipeline.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands as of the 9th day of
May, 2000.
