HomeMy WebLinkAbout932038 ~ ~995703 'VGA.......~ ~.I.IDER # 61770 SEe. 35, T36N, R119W DISTRIBUTION EASEMENT KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT: That the undersigned, JUST STONE, INC., a Wyoming Corporation, ("Grantorn) for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, convey and walTa ~t unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Corp9ration, of Afton and Jackson, Wyoming and to its successors and assigns, ("Grantees"), a perpetual easement and right of way for the construction and continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of the electric distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the Grantee to be constructed and maintained under, upon and across the premises of Grant,)I' in Lincoln County, State oCWyomlng, along a line described as follows, to wit: 000480 BEING a part of the Roice Subdivision Lot 2, Section 35, T36N, R119W, in Lincoln County, Wyoming more aocurately described as follows. BEGINNING North 87 feet, East 53 feet from the Southwest corner of said Lot 2. Thenoe S720E. 115 fe:t to a point "An, Thence North 46 feet to a transformer location. Thence from point uA", S72°E, 157 feet to a ~fonnerlocation. EASEMENT to include 10 feet on each side of described line, together vvith aU necessary and reasonab.e rights of ingress and egress and to excavate and refill ditches and trenches for the location and repair of Sa: d facilities and to cut, trim., spray herbicides, or remove trees, shrubbery, undergrowth or other obstructions interfering with the repair and maintenance of the facilities. The Grantor acknowledges that Electric and Magnetic Fields (EMF) are natW"ally occurring in the transmission or distribution of eleotricity, and that the Grantee has here notified Grantor that EMF testir g and information is available upon request from the Grantee.
