KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Brent Francis Simpson and
Beverly L. Simpson, husband and wife, Grantors for and in consideration of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIM to the Brent F. and
Beverly L. Simpson Family Revocable Trust, dated August 9th, 2007, Brent F.
Simpson and Beverly L. Simpson, Trustees, Grantees, whose address is 4668
County Rd. 123, Bedford, Wyoming 83112, the following described real estate, situated
in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and
by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
The South half of the Northeast Quarter (S% NE;/'¡) and the Northwest
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW;/.¡SE;/.¡) Section 15, Township 33
North, Range 118 West of the 6th P.M., Wyoming.
EXCEPTING therefrom the following described property:
Parcel 1:
LESS AND EXCEPT that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter (SE;/.¡NE;/.¡) of Section 15, Township 33 North, Range118 West,
6th P.M., Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of said
Section 15; and running thence North, along section line, a distance of
394.07 feet; thence West, parallel to quarter-section line, a distance of
331.62 feet; thence North, parallel to section line, a distance 150.00 feet;
thence West, parallel to quarter-section line, a distance of 160.13 feet;
thence South, parallel to section line a distance of 544.07 feet; thence
East, along quarter-section line a distance of 491.75 feet to the place of
beginning, and containing 5.00 acres, more or less, together with water
rights, and improvements.
Parcel 2:
LESS AND EXCEPT that property as described on Exhibit "A" a copy of
which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
Parcel 3:
LESS AND EXCEPT that property as described on Exhibit "A -1" a copy of
which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other
things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights-of-way, reservations and
restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.

Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
With respect to W.S. § 34-2-122, as amended, Grantors hereby state, represent and
warrant that the said Trust was established by written instrument executed the 9th'day of
August, 2007, that said Trust has never been revoked, and that said iristrument transfers
upon said Trustees, all powers set forth in the Uniform Trustees' Powers Act of the
Wyoming Statutes.
