PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of February
24, 2005, made and executed by Charles M. Hardesty and Angela M. Hardesty, Husband and
Wife, as mortgagors, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien
on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $99,954.58, which mortgage
was re-recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on the 09th day of March 2005, in book# 580 PR of Mortgages, at
PageD 469 as document # 906965 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said
County, to-wit:
" T 31 N R119 W Section 24 SW 1,4 of SE 1A of Section 24 Starting NE Comer and Survey
Marker 330 Feet West Which is Point of Beginning Thence 1320 Feet South, Then 330 Feet West,
then 1320 Feet North, Then 330 Feet East to point of Beginning."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this ~ day of

Bank of Star Valley that the seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said
corporation, and that said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said corporation by
authority of its Board of Directors, and said President acknowledged said instrument to be the free
act and deed of said corporation. /~
