730, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, within GLO Lot 4 of Section 14, T33N, R118W, of
the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the boundary being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a Point in the Easterly Right-of-Way line of
the Extension of the Bedford - Turnerville County Road 12-
123, as referred to in the Right-of-Way recorded in Book
269PR, on Page 446, with said Office,
said Point of Beginning, being 296.92 feet S43°3B'16"E from
the U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Land
Management, 1966 location for the Northwest Corner of said
GLO Lot 4, also
sa·id Point of Beginning, being 1,086.58 feet NIl ° 4 9' 35 "E
from the Marlowe A Scherbel PLS 5368, 1995 location for the
Southwest Corner of GLO Lot 4;
