KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Russell B. Gardner and Trisha P.
Gardner, Grantors for and in consideration ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
QUITCLAIM to Russell B. Gardner, individually, Grantee, whose address is 83421 Hwy. 89,
Afton ,Lincoln County Wyoming 83110, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
