LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK, KEMMERER, WY 000068
WHEREAS, a foreclosure was commenced by the Deutsche Bank National Trust
Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2004-1 pursuant to power of sale
provisions in a mortgage executed by Justin Meeks to Long Beach Mortgage Company dated
July 7,2003, and recorded on July 18, 2003, at Reception No. 891742 in Book 527 at Page 423
in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, covering the property hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, the mortgage was assigned to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as
Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2004-1 dated December 2, 2005, recorded on
December 9,2005, at Reception No. 914369 in Book 607 at Page 310 in the records of the office
of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the time and place of sale having been duly advertised pursuant to Wyoming
Statutes 34-4-101, et seq., said property was sold to the highest bidder by the sheriff of the
county on April 3, 2007; and
WHEREAS, a Sherriff s Certificate of Sale was executed in favor of David Lundgren, his
bid of$37,501.00 being the highest bid; and
WHEREAS, David Lundgren assigned his Certificate of Sale to Little Pearl, LLC,
recorded July 6,2007 at 8:33 a.m. Receiving No. 930989 in Book 664 at Page 665 in the records
of the office of the County Clerk for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, all periods of redemption provided by law have expired since the date of said
sale; and
WHEREAS, Little Pearl, LLC, is still the owner and holder of Sherriff s Certificate of Sale.
NOW THEREFORE, I, the Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming in confonnity with the above
cited statue and in consideration of these premises have granted and sold, and do hereby convey to Little
Pearl, LLC, the following real property situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming;
LOT 1 AND THE EASTERLY 15 FEET OF LOT 2, BEING THE EASTERLY HALF OF LOT
2, OF BLOCK 21 OF THE TOWN OF DIAMONDVILLE, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING
AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF.
With an address of31 Frontier Ave., Diamondville, WY 83116
Together with all improvements thereon situate and all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.
