grantor of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars and Other Good and
Valuable Consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does Convey and Warrant To
Jesus Garcia, a Married Person,
grantee, whose address is: 308 Garnet Street Kemmerer, WY, 83101 the following described real estate, situate in
Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
That portion of Lots 7 and 8 of Block 51 of the Second Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County,
Wyol1Úng being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point along the North boundary line of said Lot 7 at a distance of 25 feet East of the Northeast
corner of said Lot 7;
and running thence East along said North boundary line of Lot 7, a distance of 35 feet;
thence running South on a line parallel to the East and West boundary lines of said Block 51, a distance of 50 feet
to the South boundary line of Lot 8 of said Block 51;
thence running West along the division line of Lots 8 and 9 of said Block 51, a distance of 35 feet;
thence running North on a line parallel with the East and West boundary lines of said Block 51 to the North
boundary line of said Lot 7, a distance of 50 feet the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
