Ferguson and Lee A. Grant succeeded to the trusteeship of Calvin Barnes under the CALVIN BARNES LIVING TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 16,2005, on September 6,2006; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the attached General Conveyance, Caline 1. Ferguson and Lee A. Grant, as successor trustees to Calvin Barnes under the CALVIN BARNES LIVING TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 16,20095, executed an Assignment of Royalty Interest dated - 1 - December 29,2006, in favor ofCaline J. Ferguson and Lee A.
