Lancaster, Successor Trustee, 000 and the Sybil W. Lancaster Revocable Trust, Dated August 14, 1999, Dennis W. ~S~ Lancaster, Successor Trustee, Grantors, for and in consideration ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to the Dennis W. and Leslie D. Lancaster Family Revocable Trust, dated August 19, 2005, Dennis W. Lancaster and Leslie D. Lancaster, Trustees, Grantees, whose address is P.O. TOGETHER WITH the right to use that portion of the Rainbow Pipeline appropriated for stock water usage. TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
