considerations in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does CONVEY
AND WARRANT to:

George Hamilton and Sherrie Hamilton as Joint Tenants
grantee, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 418, Mesquite, NV 89024, the following
described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State, to-wit:
Lot 271 of STAR VALLEY RANCH RV PARK PLAT ONE
as platted and recorded in the Official Records of Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
This Corrective Deed is being recorded to correct the legal description on the previously recorded
Warranty Deed on June 13, 2007 at Book 661, Page 819.
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations, easements and rights¡of-
way of record, of sight or in use.
