Comes now Paul N. Scherbel of Big Piney, County of Sublette, State of Wyoming, who, being
duly sworn on oath according to law, does hereby make the following statement of facts and
affirm :
1. That he is a Professional Land Surveyor registered under the laws of the State of Wyoming
with Registration Number 164.
2. That he performed a survey for a tract of land in the NEJf4NWJf4 of Section 7, T26N, Rl12W,
Lincoln County, Wyoming being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County in Book 447 of Photostatic Records on page 3 and part of Lot 3 of the
vacated Marx Addition to the Town of LaBarge of record in said Office in Book 184 of
Photostatic Records on page 434.
3. That said tract was conveyed by Phyllis Jackson, Jerry D. Hale, and Amy D. Hale to Kenneth
V. Jackson and Phyllis Jackson in accordance with the Quitclaim Deed of record in said
Office in Book 659 of Photostatic Records on page 15 under date of21 May 2007.
4. That said tract description in said conveyance states, "all in accordance with Exhibit. "A"
attached herewith and made a part thereof'.
5. That said "Exhibit A" failed to be attached at the time of recordation and the attached Exhibit
"A" is the exhibit called for in said description.
