Baker, filed November 5, 1975, Instrument No. 472031 and particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the northerly line of S1/2SW1/4 of said Section 32, said point being N0 °46'28 "W, 1314.00 feet and N89 °29'E, 392.45 feet from a rock found marking the southwesterly corner of said Section 32; thence running N89 °29'E along said northerly line a distance of 154.89 feet; thence leaving said northerly line and running S2 °20'E, 6.98 feet to a one inch iron pipe at a fence on the bank of a creek; thence continuing S2 °20'E, 163.23 feet to a one inch iron pipe set in the northerly line of a 60 foot roadway easement designated as Peterson Court; thence running S86 °01'W, along last said northerly line a distance of 10.54 feet to a one inch iron pipe marking its point of tangency with a curve concave to the right having a radius of 70.00 feet; thence running along said curve and said northerly line through a central angle of 9 °19'40 an arc distance of 11.396 feet to a one inch iron pipe marking its point of tangency with a line; thence continuing along said northerly line of said easement, N84 °39'20 "W, a distance of 138.05 feet to a one inch iron pipe; thence leaving said northerly line and running N0 °53'10 "W, 150.21 feet to a one inch iron pipe at a fence and the southerly bank of a small creek; thence continuing N0 °53'10 "W, a distance of 7.01 feet to the point of beginning, shown as Parcel C on the plat of said land. Said land being the same as conveyed in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 118 P.R. on page 25 of records of Lincoln County Clerk.
