and from a parcel of land that I own an interest in. The legal description of this land is the NW1/4NE1/4 836 T31N R119W
situated in Smoot, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming. This easement will be granted to Bret Graves who is buying a
piece of real estate that borders this piece of land to the north.This document gives power of attorney to Kelly A Johnson to
sign on my behalf a Land Agreement with Morgan and Clarissa Sandall and my parents Kellyand Celia Johnson and
myself, Kyle D. Johnson all owners of record of the above described piece of property. This Power Of Attorney is limited to
these specific acts.
