THAT John H. Harris and Michelle H. Harris have made, constituted and appointed,
and by these presents do make, constitute and appoint Michelle H. Harris as our true and lawful
attorney for us and in our names, place and stead to mortgage and encumber and to execute all
documents, including but not limited to, Promissory Notes, Mortgages, Affidavits, Contracts,
Settlement Statements, and Agreements necessary to mortgage and encumber the following
described real property, to wit:
A tract of land being the SV2 of the NEIANWIA of Section 15, T21N R117W of
the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at an aluminum cap monument stamped L.S. 580 and lying on the N-S
centerline of said Section 15, and being S 00003'11" E, 660.25 feet of the North one-
quarter comer of said Section 15;
thence continuing S 00003'11" E, 660.25 feet along said N-S centerline of said
Section 15 to the N 1/16th comer on said N-S centerline;
thence S 89032'58" W, 1315,23 feet to the NW 1/16th comer of said Section 15;
thence N 00006'09" E, 660.29 feet along the N-S centerline of said NWIA, to an
aluminum cap monument stamped L.S. 580;
thence N 89033'05" E, 1315.80 feet along the division line between the Nth and
the Sth of said NEIANWIA of said Section to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
LESS AND EXCEPT the land contained in Quit Claim Deed recorded May 15, 1996 in
Book 383PR on page 283 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
ALSO
A tract of ground being in the Nth of the NEIANWIA of Section 15, T21N R117W of
the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the NIA comer of said Section 15; thence S 0003'11" E, 404.27 feet,
to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence S 00003'11" E, 255 feet to the CNN 1/64 comer;
thence S 89033'02" W, 224.35 feet;
thence N 42024'47" W, along the Easterly boundary of a 60 foot right-of-way
roadway access, 334.29 feet;
thence N 89033'15" E, 456.32 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
giving and granting unto our said attorney, full power and authority to do and perform all and
every act and thing whatsoever, requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises
as fully to all intents and purposes, as we might or could do if personally present with full power
of substitution and revocation, hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney or her
substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
