THAT the undersigned has received a copy of that plat (prepared April 3, 2007; last revised
June 25, 2007) of SNAKE RIVER JUNCTION SECOND FILING, identical with Lots 7, 8, & 9 of
Snake River Junction First Filing, a subdivision of record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk as
Plat 294-A, and located within the S1I2 Section 20 and the N1I2 Section 29, T37N, R118W, 6th Principal
Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming;
THAT 1 ST BANK, a Wyoming Corporation, is holder of mortgages on the lands depicted on
said plat of SNAKE RIVER JUNCTION SECOND FILING and described under the Certificate
of Surveyor and Certificate of Owner on said plat;
THAT 1 ST BANK accepts the subdivision of land depicted on said plat of SNAKE RIVER
JUNCTION SECOND FILING and described in said Certificate of Owner.
