THIS INDENTURE, made this 24th day of August, 2007, by and between LEISURE
VALLEY, INC.,a Corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
State of NEVADA, duly authorized to do business in the State of WYOMING and having its
principal place of business in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the GRANTOR, and
Thomas E. Hutchinson and Debra A. Hutchinson as Joint Tenants

WITNESSETH: That the GRANTOR, for and in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS

Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to-wit:

RESERVING THEREFROM all rights, title, and interest in and to any and all minerals
and rights appertaining thereto.
Subject to all declarations of covenants, conditions and restrictions of record.
