KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That LEISURE VALLEY, INC., a Nevada Corporation does hereby certify that the certain
mortgage bearing date 16th day of September , 20 05 , made and
executed by Jerold G. Schmidt AS MORTGAGORS to LEISURE VALLEY, INC., a
Nevada Corporation, as MORTGAGEE conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security
for the payment of $ 14.490.00 Dollars therein stated, which mortgage was recorded
on the 14th day of November, 2005, in Book 604 PR Page 573 Number 913648
_ of the Official Records of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, and mortgaging the following
described real estate in said County, to-wit:
Lot 73 of STAR VALLEY RANCH PLAT 15
with the Note secured thereby on the aforementioned date, are fully paid, satisfied, released and
discharged. That in consideration thereof, the said MORTGAGEE does hereby release and quitclaim
unto the said MORTGAGORS, their success~rs and assigns, the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this instrument has been executed this 24th day
