P ARTIALL Y PAID AND SATISFIED and that the following real property is released from the effects of said
mortgage:
All of Lots 21, 22 and 23 of Double L. Ranch East Subdivision of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County as Instrument No. 927425; AND
That part of the NEJ/,¡ of Section 28, T36N R1l8W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of the future
development as depicted on said Instrument No. 927425. and being ofthat tract of record in said Office in Book
578 of Photostatic Records on page 361. described as follows:
A strip of land.813.00 feet in width, with the southerly line described as follows:
BEGINNING at a position on the east line of said NEJ/,¡, NOoo-34'-52"W, 867.70 feet, from the southeast corner
of said NE J/,¡;
thence S89°-32'-29"W, 830.32 feet, to the southeast spike of said Lot 21;
the northerly line of the above described strip to be shortened or lengthened as necessary to meet the east line of
