1. That we are the owners of the following described lands:
a. Rocky Top Ranch Subdivision within the WY2.NE~ and the SE~NW~ of Section 34,
T33N Rl19W, Lincoln County, Wyoming as depicted on the plat filed in the Office of
the County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming as Instrument No. 928965.
b. Martha's Canyon Estates Second Filing a Family Exempt Subdivision within the
NW~NE~ and SW~NW~ of Section 34, T33N R119'W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as
depicted on the plat filed in the Office of the County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
Instrument No. 928970.
2. That said Plats are hereby vacated in accordance with Wyoming Statutes, 2005, as amended,
Section 34-12-106.
3. That such vacating does not authorize the closing or obstruction of any public highways laid
out according to law.
4. That the County Clerk is instructed to write the word "vacated" across the face of the plats
for the vacated plats in accordance with said Statutes, Section 34-12-106.
5. That Lot 5 of Martha's Canyon Estates a Family Exempt Subdivision within the NW~NE~
of Section 34, T33N R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as depicted on the plat filed in the
Office of the County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming as Instrument No. 908152 is no
longer vacated and that Wendy Lane, as depicted on said Martha's Canyon Estates, is no
t longer vacated.
