JEFFREY BRADY and GAYLYNN BRADY, husband and wife, Grantors,
for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to BRADY PROPERTIES, LLC, a
Wyoming limited liability company, Grantee, whose address i~ n~ Box
241, LaBarge, WY 83123, the following described real estate,
situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue ôf the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Lot 1 of Block 3 of the Birch Creek Commercial Park
(amended) of the SW~NE~ Section 6, Township 26 North,
Range 112 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record.
