Jacobson and Vicky L. Jacobson, husband and wife, of Box 265, LaBarge, Wyoming, who being duly sworn on oath according to law do hereby make the following statement of facts and petition: 1. That they are the sole owners of the lands described in Exhibit "A" attached herewith and made a part thereof. 2. That said lands adjoin the Brown's 1st Addition to the Town of LaBarge Amended Plat of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County as Plat No. 290A, the south line of said plat being the north line of the Jacobson lands. 3. That the said plat delineates a "Temporary Cul-de-sac" at the south terminus of Aspen Street that encumbers your petitioner's lands. 4. That it appears that said cul-de-sac was reserved by the developer of said plat so that Aspen Street could be prolonged further into his lands. 5. That the developer and/or the Town of LaBarge has filled the south part of Aspen Street so that a precipitous drop-off now exists precluding an extension of Aspen Street. Further, that your petitioner has no desire to extend Aspen Street as there is ample access to his lands via Cedar Street, Marx Lane and Elm Street. It is the prayer ofthe petitioner that said "Temporary Cul-de-sac" be vacated by ordinance in accordance with Wyoming Statutes, 2005, Section 15-4-242 as recodified by statute to become effective on 1 July 2007. Further, that the south line of Aspen Street be defined as a straight line between the southwest comer of Lot 3 of Block 1 and the southeast comer of Lot 7 of Block 2 of said Addition. ~~ /)~ ~.~ Vicky .
